Homemade Sign!

I must say over and over again, I am so happy to have a baby Cricut and an Expression!  To make this sign, I used my Expression with these cartridges: Just Because Cards and Plantin Schoolbook.  The paper I used was 12 x 24 inches mostly and 12 x 12 inches for the colors I didn't have in 24 inches.  I need more cardstock, LOL!
My husband had a large piece of cardboard that he trimmed for me.  The first thing I did was paint it with a very pretty beige/peachy color (spray paint).  The rest is all Expression Cricut and lots of paper.

The first Saturday in October is the St. George Marathon!
Who are the runners?  7400 people from all over our country and the world!  Very exciting for everyone who participate.  This year, it was extremely special for us.  Our friend decided to have his last marathon run in our town.
Time to leave our home and be at the meeting place in town by 4:00AM!
A beautiful day for a run.
I think everyone, Especially DAVE, will see his sign!  There were a lot of Dave's but only One from Georgia.

The race is completed and Dave has his metal!
26.2 miles of fun running and he did it 15 minutes faster than his classification for his age.
Very Cool and a Great Accomplishment!

Thank you so much for visiting!  Come back soon.
