See Me?
This is what I get to do now to make me feel really good. My PC purchased this hanging thingy so we have it at home for my convenience and it is wonderful. I'm smiling because it feels so good! Really.
I get to turn my head slowly back and forth, left to right. Yeah, bad hair day, LOL. I have to have my hair up so it doesn't get caught on anything and especially to make sure we have the thingy on correctly. Oh and then my glasses come on so I can see all around me. I get to do this 2 times a day for 10 minutes. The results are terrific and I'm happy and Smiling!!!
